Big Sell-Off – What I Am Looking At (Video):

What’s Going On In Your Portfolio?

As mentioned last week, client portfolios’ have been sitting in cash as the increased volatility caused numerous sell signals to be triggered.

Friday’s unemployment data showed that maybe the economy is actually weaker than expected, and maybe the Fed waited too long to cut rates, causing worry that the Fed will not be able to produce the soft landing they were hoping for.

Over the weekend, news that Warren Buffett cut his stake in Apple by 50%, plus an interest rate hike by the Bank of Japan helped push stocks even lower.

As I mentioned in this week’s video, I am awaiting data showing that positive momentum has returned before looking for opportunities to re-enter the market.
